Quotations are always without obligation and valid for 10 days (business) or 3 days (private).

• All mentioned prices are always excl. Statutory taxes (VAT, NL) of 21%.

• The payment term for an invoice is 14 days.

• Travel allowance outside of Amsterdam, within NL amounts to € 0.35 per km.

• Travel allowance outside the Netherlands is determined in consultation.

Rules of engagement

• You can cancel a video shoot up to 2 days before the shoot.

• For last minute cancellations I am forced to charge a 50% non refundable retainer.

• Shooting & rework hours ratio is 1: 1, at the same rate, unless agreed otherwise.

• Films and videos are delivered at 1080p or 4k resolution, or as agreed prior to the filming.

• Resolution and length of film must be determined prior to the shoot.

• No RAW or unprocessed footage are supplied.

• The delivered film/video may not be edited again. This includes: Editing, cropping, colour & light processing and the use of filters.

• Report complaints or feedback within 1 week after delivery.

Copyright | Right of use

• The copyright and ownership of video footage rest with Unframed Visuals, unless purchased.

• The buyout of online use footage is further agreed.

• The right of publication must always be bought off. The costs of the buyout are further agreed. Footage can be used freely after the buyout for a period to be agreed upon. The costs of a new buyout will be determined again after this.

• Use of photography without an agreed buyout is considered a copyright infringement. In the event of a breach, a compensation is demanded of at least three times the shoot day price, depending on the breach and use, without losing any right to compensation for other damage suffered.

Publication by Unframed Visuals

All footage captured by Unframed Visuals may be used at all times to promote professional activities; on- and offline.

The above terms and conditions apply to all forms of video sessions Unframed Visuals, trading under the name Unframed Visuals. Unframed Visuals reserves the right to change or extend conditions at any time without prior notice.

When booking a video shoot you agree to the terms and conditions. The applicability of the general terms and conditions of the other party is hereby expressly rejected.
